Cheap Tom Tom

My cheap Tom Tom has rescued me on many occasions. If it wasn't for my TomTom it's likely I'd still be sitting in my car by the side of the road, peering at a map whilst trying to find my way home. It's only been in recent years that GPS technology has become affordable enough for the average driver like myself to afford. As of now it's a mainstay of my driving experience. I barely go to my local store without using it!

Tom Tom are without doubt the market leader when it comes to car GPS navigation units. They are the most recognised brand and are usually the first out with new mapping technology. However, they have never been the cheapest GPS units to buy.

I got my cheap Tom Tom from another extremely well known brand - eBay. If you have never visited eBay then you are missing out. In our current economic climate we need to save money wherever we can. On eBay you can easily find resellers selling Tom Tom GPS units for much cheaper than retail prices, along with people who are selling their used or nearly new units for significant discounts. I actually bought my TomTom used, only 3 months old, for half the price of a brand new unit and it didn't have a mark on it.

If you don't fancy trying eBay, how about Amazon. We all remember when Amazon was just an online store to buy cheap books from. Well these days you can buy just about anything you need from them. Owing to the massive business that Amazon has grown into, and with it large discounts from retailers, you can quite often find excellent deals over and above what you would find anywhere else.
